The drainage board is made from a plastic base sheet of polystyrene (HIPS) or polyethylene (HDPE), stamped into conical protrusions or reinforced ribs (or hollow cylindrical porous shapes). Through continuous research and development, the raw materials have been modified and updated, and it is now pressed from polyvinyl chloride (PVC), significantly improving compression strength and overall flatness. The width ranges from 1 to 3 meters, and the length ranges from 4 to 10 meters or more.
A good drainage system plays an important role in the construction schedule of civil engineering projects and the normal use and longevity of structures. The drainage board, combined with perforated drainage pipes, forms an effective drainage system. Cylindrical hollow drainage boards combined with geotextiles also form a drainage system, creating a system with water infiltration, storage, and drainage functions.
Plastic drainage boards are available in two series: roll materials and sheet materials. The board design involves pressing the plastic sheets to create closed protruding column-shaped shells, forming a concave-convex membrane with continuous shells, three-dimensional space, and supporting height. During production, the edges are hot-bonded with butyl rubber strips, and the top of the shells is covered with a geotextile filter layer, creating a product for water infiltration, drainage, and storage. Product specifications are divided for use in plazas and green spaces, and basements, with H20 and H25 specifications available.
