HDPE/EVA plastic protective drainage boards are made by heating and pressing HDPE or EVA as raw materials into conical protrusions (hollow cylindrical multi-holes). They have a width of 3 meters and can be adjusted in both length and width. The commonly used lengths are 10 meters or 15 meters. After laying, the edges and seams can be welded with a dedicated welding machine or bonded with geosynthetic adhesive. According to their uses and different indicators, they can be classified into urban construction drainage boards, tunnel drainage boards, garage drainage boards, etc.
Product features
The traditional drainage method uses bricks, stones and tiles as the filter layer and a large amount of pebbles or crushed stones as the water filter layer to discharge water to the designated location. Nowadays, drainage boards are used to replace the pebble water filter layer for drainage. A layer of geotextile is laid on the top surface of the conical protruding platform, and a filter geotextile is placed on top to prevent soil particles from passing through, thereby avoiding the blockage of the drainage channel, ensuring smooth drainage through the holes, saving time, effort, energy, investment, and reducing the load on the building.
